Synopsis

Pathologist Dr. Peter Carey works at a respected hospital in Boston. When the daughter of one of his colleagues dies as a result of a badly executed abortion, one of the doctors on staff is charged with her murder. Dr. Carey is sure that the man is innocent and begins to work to prove it..
