The suspense in this movie and and the impending doom & horror portrayed were good.
There is a serial killer gone amuck. Where were the detectives? All I saw were uniformed pratrolmen, crime scene investigators and the 911 responders.
I do not want to live in a city where the police and 911 responders are as slow to respond and as ignorant as in this movie. After they isolated the street he was on, and section, he had almost 10 minutes to get away - and he did.
Halle Berry's hairdo deserved a special mention in the cast list:
"Halle Berry, Abigail Breslin, 'The Hairdo', ........."
