The movie started out giving us an idea of a typical day in the world of emergency services. As the day moves on we get an up close and personal overview of just how much pressure dispatchers can face each and everyday. Just by listening in on a true emergency call we can become affected by the fast pace, and take part in the tension felt during the conversation. We feel relieved when things turn out okay, but we also are able to question ourselves as to what we would do or say. This movie keeps you on the edge of your seat guessing what will happen next.
