Nicholson's best since "A Few Good Men"

I just finished watching "The Bucket List" on DVD. Since it had both Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman in it, I expected it to be really good. I just love it when movies exceed my expectations, as this one did. As good as movies like "As Good As It Gets," "Something's Gotta Give," and "The Departed" were, I'd have to say that this was the first truly great movie Jack has done since 1992's "A Few Good Men." As for Morgan, he has never, in my opinion had even a slight career misstep. Here, both men show that it is possible for two great actors to share the screen without the slightest hint of ego getting in the way. They also show how easy it is for two mostly dramatic actors to play a hilarious comedy. At several points in the film, I laughed so hard, I thought my sides were going to split. As if these two weren't enough, Sean Hayes, who played Jack on "Will & Grace," co-stars as Jack's personal assistant. Watching him and the other two play off of each other is great fun. Of course, a lot of the credit for this gem of a film goes to director Rob Reiner who, incidentally, also directed "A Few Good Men." After "Rumor Has It," I didn't think Reiner could possibly top himself. Once again, I was wrong. To make a long story short, I LOVED THIS MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
