This is the greatest movie ever made. PERIOD! The prayers, training and vitamins, plus a little gridiron glory, all mixed into one. Jack and Reno are my hero's and showed amazing determination and guts when they took on "Barry O" and the rest of Bakersfield. DO NOT DENY YOURSELF THE IMMENSE HONOR OF SEEING THIS MOVIE! I'M VERY SERIOUS! I MUST HAVE SEEN THIS CLASSIC 150 TIMES, AND IT KEEPS GETTING BETTER! I will quote the great Jack Dundee...."I'm not a has-been. I'm a never-was. I aspire to be a has-been."
