The main characters seemed to be a mother figure and a perpetual teenager. Geoffrey Rush seemed to be doing an imitation of Woody Allen, only a little smoother and less awkward.

I LOVED THE MOVIE THAT WAS SO FUNNY AND TOUCHING
TO A DIFFERENT TYPE OF FRIENDS LIVING DIFFERENT

Stupid, generic, unmotivating, pointless, corny. All these words come to mind when I think of this movie. Susan Surandon is a magnificent actress, why or why!??!. . . Did she waste her time on this movie?

well this movie is a hoot for people over 45 or 50. A great spoof on groupies of yore. Goldie Hawn and Susan Sarandon do a GREAT job of embodying the two main types of groupies.
