I loved this movie. Silence is golden. The story of two actors - one on the rise and the other a falling star. While it's a similar story to Singing in the Rain - an actor makes it in sound movies, while another doesn't is where the similarity ends. This is a drama about what it must have been like for some actors to find they no longer have a career while other flourished. I loved the costumes and sets. The filmakers really brought the 20's to life. A must see.
