I could have overlooked all of the holes in the story - they were filled in by the earlier version. I could even overlook the lack of the essential line "with great power becomes great responsibilty", having it replaced with something like …more»0 of 1 people found this review helpful-

I liked The Amazing Spider-Man. It was a good movie that told Spider-Man in a darker tone and I think that just what the fans needed. The drama was also good. The action scenes were great. And I could tell Andrew Garfield tried his best to be Spider-Man. …more»0 of 0 people found this review helpful-

If you want to waste time go and see it. The acting is terrible, terrible script and the CGI is bad. Looks as the movie studio wanted to make a quick dollar. *Ironically, after firing Raimi in order to make a film with a vastly lower budget, Sony realized …more»1 of 1 people found this review helpful-

I was disappointed with this movie. I watched it in 3D. Some points:
Pros:
1. The 3D effects in this movie was the only thing that made it interesting.
2. Null.
3. Null.
Cons:
1. Peter Parker is not the bullied, rejected loner in highschool who wants …more»0 of 0 people found this review helpful-

Boring horrible remake, talk about beating a dead horse.Different actors, Sally Fields? Come on. Uncle Ben is the same, new girl friend different name. Restart of the series. You have to sit through the first 1 hour rehashing the same background on Parker …more»0 of 0 people found this review helpful
