This is one solidly raw drama featuring Robert De Niros classic performance as a former vet now turned unstable pyscho cab driver. Angry at the despicable violence he sees he prepares himself with a range of guns wanting to lash out and it just so happens for a good cause help save a young prostitute greatly played by Jodie Foster from her pimp played by Harvey Kietal. And lets not forget that classic line De Niro staring into the mirror with his guns ready stating U Talkin To me.
