This movie is one of a line of movies coming from Studio Ghibli that impresses me for their charm, insight, creativity, and beauty. Tales from Earthsea is extremely good and is more similar to Princess Mononoke rather than Spirited Away or Ponyo. Nevertheless, it's crafted with such excellence that I've come to expect from Miyazaki. The Studio Ghibli produces the finest animation films in the world.
