I Really Wanted to like this film--but couldnt.

I like JJ Abrams a lot and of course, love Steven Spielberg.

I knew going in this would not be the grestest film ever made. I did hope it would be enjoyable---and it was...for the most part.

The acting was pretty good. The plot kept me interested. There was much attention to detail in regards to the culture of the 1970's.

However, the movie just didnt quite cut it. I think it was a little too "cutesy." Every film needs comic relief but this took it a bit too far too often.

I also thought the ending was a total joke.

Overall, it was...okay. Decent film, bad ending. Not one I'd watch again

    Trace should go back to reality school-you have seen too many perverted movies, this classic has none of the things you mentioned but your mind is sicko!
