Simply put, this is either a movie that you 'get' or that you 'dont.'

I get it. And I loved it. If you dont get it, you're missing out.

This is a film about a different time. I watched it this evening for the 1st time in many years. I was 20 when this film originally came out and it shows the difference between films/audiences today and yesterday.

This is a movie that relies on acting, stories, relationship, forbidden love and lust and the transition from childhood to adulthood. But most of all it's about FRIENDSHIP. These people remain friends thru thick and thin.

There are no special effects. The friendships are based around real people, real interaction. Problems are solved face to face, not thru a text message or on a cell phone.

Great movie.
