Dan Ackroyd and Chevy Chase team up in this movie about two government misfits trying to break it into the Foreign Service. Instead, they get recruited to the CIA, where they are being used as decoys for the Soviets. Ackroyd was totally funny in this film. Chase was flat. The story was far fetched. The movie had the consistency of a cartoon. It is quite funny at times, but not a great comedy.
