Snakes on a Plane(2006)- User Reviews

I saw the teaser trailer for this movie on the internet and I gotta say just from seeing the title this looked like crap. Snakes on a plane? Could they have come up with a lamer title? Seriously folks this is a better movie then the moronic title will make you think.

The story revolved around a man who sees a murder involving the chinese mob. Placed under the witness protection program, he is protected by(who else man?)Samuel L. Jackson. On their way to the courtroom in the plane something no plane tenant would ever predict happens. The mobsters hid(what else but..)snakes on the plane. Hence the title, the snakes are on the plane. A weird sex pheremone makes the snakes go crazy and start killing everyone in plain sight..

The story though somewhat silly and idiotic turns out quite well. My biggest problem is with the ridiculous snake bite scenes. The snakes bite a woman's boobs, a man's crotch, more boobs. Are these snakes massive perverts or what?

Sam Jackson does a good job with the role(besides gangster number 3) that he's played SOOO many times. The other actors work with what they got and pull out okay to hilarious performances.

There isn't many thrills but, this is a semi-intense flick and has a few "jump" scenes but, nothing to wet your pants over. Overall this is an okay creature feature to snuggle up to your loved one with. Most will be put off by the sheer sillyness of the plot but, those with an open mind might enjoy Snakes on a Plane.
