Synopsis
College student Ashley is in an emotionally fragile state after the death of her mother. While at a party, she hears an urban legend about a serial killer named Smiley who has no features on his face except for the "smiley face" he has carved into it himself. Supposedly, Smiley can be summoned online by typing a certain message and Ashley and her roommate decide to try it. After this, Ashley begins to think she sees the killer everywhere and wonders if the legend is true or if she is going crazy.
