Pretty slowly paced at times but this drama has become better each time ive seen it with billy bob thortons awesome acclaimed performance is one of the best I have ever seen on screen, as he plays mentally diabled man Karl who has just been released from an institution after been there for 25 years for the murder of his mother and her lover. When released he gets help to find a job and forms a form a friendship with a young boy he meets whom reluctantly lets him stay with him his mum and her boyfriend who is an angry alcholic. This is a solid drama film to be seen.
