The total plot/idea of this movie is replace the "female" M with a "male" M. No, it is not worthy of Osacr nominations. And what's with the title? What was the signifigance of returning to Bond's ancestral home? Who cares the grounds/property was named Skyfall? The plot is so weak and protracted. They tried to make the villain "Heith-Ledger" like (from Batman). Nothing original. What a sad offering in light of the 50-year Bond anniversary. And why not pay tribute to those who helped make the Bond dynasty, at the very least in the ending credits. How appropriate it would have been to recount the actors who played the role over the years (all are not familiar with them), alomg with M, Q, Moneypenny and others. Expected more, got much, much less than I bargained for in light of the "rich" Bond
legacy. Very disappointing. And "gadgets" were always part of the Bond persona/legacy.
