I just happen to catch this movie on TV yesterday afternoon. WOW, what a huge surprise! I loved it!! I am sorry I missed out watching it on a theater screen years ago! I loved the black and white, 1940's style, the incredible visuals, the characters, the relationship between Jude and Gwenyth, the humor, the story-everything!! It was very entertaining and interesting!! I do not find many movies that I can say I am truly engaged in and love! This movie was just suberbly filmed, written and acted. It wasn't your typical sappy love story ending either. That was a nice surprise, too. I would highly recommend this movie as a rental to watch on one fine evening. They should make a part 2!!!
