All the moons, suns, and stars must be perfectly aligned because this movie is good. I'm in the mindset now that if I don't expect the movie to be good I'm either going to be pleasantly surprised when it is or it's what I expected when it isn't. I was pleasantly surprised with this one, from the start the film sucks you in and doesn't release you till it's through with you, it's scary good my skin crawled and I had goose bumps throughout the whole film. I'm not the jump out of my seat kind of guy but this film had my hopping I'm not afraid to say. Ethan was great, his character was intense and realistic, the special effects were okay, this movie kicks it old school, not allot distracting computer generated effects to ruin the movie. I liked the story and I liked the ending, it's not the usual Hollywood ending or cliff hanger. Don't expect what you usually get with nowadays horror flix, this one took its time and did it right. Do like I did, take your sweetie and enjoy all the extra bodily contact you'll get while they're all over you with fright from this surprisingly scary shocker so head out to your favorite movie house and as alway's, enjoy.
