Yes, there are silly parts to this movie. And, it's a romcom that has trite cliches. But, if you like movies and are looking for something light and funny this is worth watching. I would recommend watching this in a group of 20-somethings.
This movie is rated R, but most circles won't be offended. When compared to Hangover II this movie is rated PG-13. Go into this movie with midrange expectations and be satisfied.
