Safe Haven(2013)- User Reviews

While I realize that Nicholas Sparks is one of the best known writers of this type of story, unfortunately this story line and book to be honest is simply a complete rehash of the money " sleeping with the enemy " starring Sandra Bullock. Cute girl is married, physical abused, goes in to hiding, turns up in a small town, is shy and stand offish. Of course she meets the handsome prince whom at first she can't stand because she wants to be left alone less her background is found out. But back to the chase of course, the jilted husband who abused her is on the case of trying to track her down and won't give up till he does. Blah, blah, blah, of course he finds her, travels to the hometown where they meet once again. Won't spoil the ending of course for those who haven't seen it. All in all it was good, but it was a copy of another movie, why I don't know?
