Mexican point of viewof this movie

star44

This is a movie about the dream of many poor "guys"....but could be anywhere in the world. Now portaying two ignorant guys from a Mexican small village in a banana region , but even though it is about and around the "fut bol" soccer game theme....is a clear analyzis of a "classic" family from those isolated and ignored poor regions..
It let us see the LACK of family values, moral values, lack of education, lack of comun sense.
But some of the critics misunderstood the point.
NOT all Mexicans are in that level.
As a a big country, it has all kind of social, financial and moral levels.
At the end, the character that tells the story(an Argentiniancorrupted immigrant to Mexico) relates everything in the story to the "fut bol" soccer game, since life gives HIM the answers, and he tries to transmit them to the public..with HIS own points of view.
NO education, NO moral value, NO family values will always result to being a LOOSER.
Only hard work, education, moral values, good example will free "US" from greed, and going for easy money and corruption.
It does not necessarily portraits ALL MEXICANS.
I did like the movie, it is well written, well interpreted and well directed.
When I came out, I thanked G-d for being Mexican from another level, morally and educational.
