Romaine is thirty years old. Her fiance Justin decides to take her to Quebec's far northern territories for Christmas to start a new life. Upon learning that their plane is going to crash, Romaine decides that she doesn't want to die without telling Justin the truth she's always kept hidden from him--but nothing happens exactly as planned.
