This movie was quite bad story wise. I mean the Rocky series should of stopped at three movies the first three movies are classic and just marvelous. Gives you a great inspirtion for boxing and for training.

Quite simply a retread of a retread.
It is obvious that as Rocky lives vicariously through his old `glorious self` so does 60 yr old director\actor and writer Sly Stone.

Rocky Balboa is the final comeback of a true fighter.
However , Rocky(1976) won an oscar ,others didnt n rightly so ...coz they might not be oscar stuff but they were a memorable 2 hours of entertainment and thats why i loved them ..each of them.
