Resident Evil: Retribution(2012)- User Reviews

As a guy who thrives off of movies, zombies movies especially, I was really urked by probably the second worst Zombie Film ever made (beat by Zombie Nightmare with Adam West).

I rated this movie 'F' for a multitude of reasons.

Visual effects: Unlike previous RE films that at least delivered a great action flick, this one had too many cuts and CGI'd scenes that really KILLED the fun.

Story: What story? No one in the threatre could figure out what was the plot. Wesker rescuing Alice so she can be all superhuman again? Wesker was already that at the end of the last film. And the character drop-ins were really BAD. The last RE went in the right direction until the end. And this one has an ending that is so BAD that the writer should be run out of Hollywood, or the RE director can contact me and I'll repair the damage done by this one and write the next film. Seriously.

CGI: Wesker....CGI. Why?

In the end they really dropped the ball here. And it's too bad. The other RE films at least had some redeeming qualities. So if you are infected.....stay dead. This film isn't worth the walk.
