Not all successful Broadway productions translate well to the screen, and this is one of them.
While the cast may be wonderful stage performers, there are no screen actors among them. The overly wrought performances portrayed a group of exceedingly self-absored young people. For me, these unlikeleable characters were annoying to watch.
