I wanted to like this film. I really did. But the acting was poor and way too much CGI most of which is unbelievable flying scenes. I mean seriously, WHO can see that a pilot is black when the airplane is flying by at 300+ mph. I also didn't care for the casting. Especially with the higher ranking African American officers. Andre Braugher was fantastic as Benjamin O Davis in the original.
Do yourself a favor and watch the original done by HBO. That was 10x the movie this was.
