I would first like to comment on the person who posted an f for all the the ratings. Archangelblue22 seeing as you have seen the shrek movies, you would kinda figure their would be sexual humor in this one as well? So don't act so shocked. Most family movies today do have some sexual humor in them so maybe you and your emotional boyfriend should go see lion king or something.....oh wait there's sexual humor even in those movies. Maybe you should go watch a chick flick then? Anyway.... the movie starts out very funny, but gets kinda dull in the middle with less humor and more storytelling....but picks up near the end with a good mix of both. I think it is a very good family movie. I prefer this movie over most of the shrek movies, outside of the first. It is nice to see a different loved character get a shot at his own story. The concept of trying to right your wrongs is a key tone in the movie and is a good example for kids to show them that you can make up for your mistakes if you try.
