This picture did it for me. Thought provoking, fun, beautifully sad, and well made. The lead character, (logan lerman) Charlie has these facial expressions that just encapsulate you and make you just adore him. This is what you call a movie. Glues you to the screen as you sympathize and pretend to play a protagonistic role until the movie ends, leaving you teary-eyed and deep in thought.

I am a younger viewer, I am a 23 year old(straight man) and most dramas I could have defiantely lived without seeing, But this movie sets itself apart.

Great cast who make you care about the characters they play. Excellent to superb acting from the leads. This is teenage story about the trials and tribulations of high school told in an intelligent and compelling manner.
