I am a grandparent and saw this movie with my 8 year-old granddaughter. I will give it 5 stars for making me laugh. Now, it is not ultra witty, high-brow comedy. And it wasn't dirty, but was a bit crass. But I never felt uncomfortable one time with my granddaughter while watching it. Some humor of so many films for children, especially animated, is adult in nature. This script is very silly (and stupid )sometimes, and we need something silly right now. A couple of lines are hilarious. Just thinking about them makes me lol. I am truly embarrassed to say that I cried at the end, and so were all the other saps who were in the theater. It will make a fortune on video. I would like to see it again. Seriously.
