I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews. I think those people thought it was going to be a remake, and it's not. It's a prequel to the original 1939 classic. Lots of new characters and a beautiful story to go with it. The China Girl Doll is absolutely sweet. And I guarantee, that you will feel for her. Danny Elfman's soundtrack is magnificent! What do you expect when you combine Disney and Sam Raimi. Do yourself a favor and don't listen to the negative reviews. Go see it and judge for yourself. The 3D is amazing. I can't say one bad thing about it. I'm going to see it again in a few days. I'm sure there's lots of things I missed. I can't wait.
