Went to see this with my wife today. She is a big fan of the original Wizard of Oz and loved this movie. Fantasy movies are not my style, but I must admit I was blown away by the great 3D effects. Visually stunning colors throughout the picture also made made it bearable for me to sit through a lengthy movie of this genre.
I would not recommend the non-3D version to anyone not into fantasy flicks.
