Maddy and Abby are twin sisters who accidentally witness a crime and then find themselves chased by hoodlums who want to keep them quiet. Hoping to keep the girls out of harms' way until they can testify against the gangsters, Maddy and Abby are placed into the FBI Witness Protection Program. However, the girls have difficulty keeping a secret, and before long, the FBI decides to ship them out of the country to wait for the trial date. Maddy and Abby suddenly find themselves in sunny Sydney, Australia, where they have a grand time until the gangsters discover their whereabouts.
