Ong Bak 3(2010)- User Reviews

Ong Bak 1 was a low-budget insta-classic that showcased incredible skill and technique with a very common modern-day storyline. Ong Bak 2 went into ancient times showing a man learning to fight after his families murder at the order of a corrupt "politician" as well as the young man's capture. It ended with you thinking that the next film was going to show him fighting his way out of slavery (which it did), or show the connection between the first and second films. Well, they killed off the villian of the second film and introduced someone new as the ultimate villian that had nothing to do with the second film AND show a 10 min fight sequence that was apparently just the thoughts of the protaganist if he chose the wrong path. IN ADDITION, apparently the gods intervened and sent lightning from the sky to sway the battle which makes you wonder, "WHERE IN THE WORLD WERE THEY IN THE LAST TWO MOVIES WHEN HE WAS GETTING HIS BUTT KICKED?!?!"
