If she isn't the most beautiful and sexy woman in the world, I'd like to know who is. A tour d'force for Liv Tyler, with excellent support from Matt Dillon, John Goodman, Michael Douglas (in a wicked wig) and Paul Reiser. Tyler was coming off the woman child in Armageddon and not yet the fairy elf of Lord of the Rings, and her tour as a sexual psychopath is as good as it gets, rivaling Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct, Kathleen Turner in Body Heat or Barbara Stanwyck in Double Indemnity. Tyler manages to do it all and still remain comedic, showing great talent.
