I guess it was pretty funny. It was a funny movie for the 80's, but not really a good start to Jim Carrey's career. Yet it was pretty funny, but so lame and overrated! Some vampire girl bites Jim and Jim starts to turn into one, so what! Big deal. I don't think I ever want to see this movie again. Jim Carrey's worst movie ever. 2 stars.
