Before NORTH BY NORTHWEST, before REAR WINDOW, before TO CATCH A THEIF, there was NOTORIOUS, Alfred Hitchcock's masterpeice. For a while his forays into American cinema had been on a tight reign due to producer David O. Selznick, but when Hitchcock …more»4 of 5 people found this review helpful-

Basically Ingrid Bergman has moved up to almost the tip top of my all time favorite actresses, and this film is what did it for me. I for one will always adore Viven Leigh more than anyone simply because she won me over in Gone With the Wind, but this …more»0 of 0 people found this review helpful-

More I see this movie, More I like it. It's more of text book example movie for me. I like every part of the movie the way director crafted it.
This is not just classic, it's master piece compared to any other works of director.more»0 of 0 people found this review helpful
