The gags are lame, and carried on much too long. It's true that they push the limits (poop, boobs, balls, etc.), but that does NOT make them funny.
There are some people who will laugh any time a "dirty" word is spoken. This movie is for them. Personally, I don't think saying the f-word out loud is particularly funny.
This film basically follows the formula of the "Kentucky Fried Movie" series of films that were briefly popular during the early 1970's, and then pulled together in movies like "Airplane," and tv series like SNL: brief vignettes built around a single gag, that is often pounded into the ground long after it's no longer funny.
When I saw this movie, I didn't hear a single laugh during the whole show, and there were murmurs of "I want my money back," as people were leaving.
Maybe if someone is super stoned, they might find it slighty humorous, if they didn't have very high standards.
