You really have to like crude, gross, and over the top comedy to enjoy the movie. I won't spoil it but if you don't like potty humor (along the lines of South Park, Family Guy, or The Hangover), then don't go to see this movie. If you like the potty humor (sadly I do) then this movie will have you dying with laughter.
I did feel sorry for some of the older folks there if they thought this was going to be somewhat safe with actors of the caliber of Kate Winslet, High Jackman, Halle Berry, Richard Gere, and Greg Kinnear. I'm blown away at how funny these actors actually were and they were so good you forget that these are Oscar winning actors.
