On an island full of male troop leaders,a social servie lady is called in to take command and find one of her charges.
He is an orphan that has "eloped" with one of the local residents.
The movie is sweet and tender and shows budding true love in a world where life can be harsh. The two sweethearts take with them,a suitcase of books,a kitten in a fishing basket and a tent witch they pitch on a beach. Its an ideal setting and they converse innocently.But to complicate matters a storm is brewing and they are exposed to the rains.
Eventually the two are found and escorted back as the horrified girl's parents and the social services lady reclaim their charges.
