And Rachel McAdam's character was so one dimensional. Yes, …more»0 of 0 people found this review helpful-

No CG tech, no commercial value. A poetic, fun & interetsing movie, about writer's biggest dream (perhaps Woody Allen's) - to meet with all kinds of literatural or artists of the modern age.

This movie had no apparent point, was confusing, boring, and really a poor turnout. I most definitely would not watch this again.more»1 of 2 people found this review helpful-

Brilliant, funny, perceptive. Woody Allen at his unannoying best.
Would love to return to college - study western civilization literature and art - and watch this movie again and again.more»2 of 2 people found this review helpful-

It would have made an OK Christmas fairy tale. Paris is beautiful, but Allen could just make a documentary about Paris and stop right there. Characters are flat, cardboard and simplistic. I am sorry, Woody Allen could do much better.more»1 of 1 people found this review helpful
