The start of the movie progressing to at least three quarters of it was very slow and paced. It was towards the end that Max Payne came out. Even saying that, I don't think this movie was really a "Max Payne" movie. Whatever glitches it posed, the final outcome of the movie portrayed some instincts of a decent thriller.
