One of the better horror films I have seen in a while. Very good Acting and Directing help a good script. Script has some small holes, but not as much as other horror films. There is a dramatic underlying motherly love message in the film. The two girls do a great job and that makes the movie more creepy. The special effects on Mama are different and very scary. Some scenes borrowed from other films, but they managed to do it in a scarier way. Jessica Chastain is great as I expected. Audience screamed and was excited through whole movie. Very little gore and I hope future horror film makers take notice. Great to watch in the dark.
