People who don't understand all the inside jokes from this movie will not find it funny. Jason Mewes as Jay is one of the great comedians, he is just too funny. Lots of big namers in this movie, and 2 smoking hot lead ladies-Claire Forlani and Shannen …more»

Mallrats was a good movie, a perfect flick to chill to on a Saturday afternoon - I dunno why, just is. This has to be Kevin Smith's worst movie, but it's still pretty good.more»

The critics panned this 2nd effort from Kevin Smith, even prompting an apology from him for making this movie. I hope he was kidding. I don't know what they were expected as a follow up to Clerks, but I doubt anything would have been good enough …more»

Unlike its prior, Mallrats is very ridiculous and callow. It shows another low budget movie plot but does not really go in to any depth at all. The ways to excite a crowd go beyong just putting the same things in a series of movies and repeating it over …more»
