Weak story line. Forced and unoriginal animation. There should not be a Madagascar 4. My kids weren't even impressed.
I kept waiting for it to get better, but it started out weakly, stayed weak, and got predictably nonsensical at the end. I never walk out of movies because they cost so darned much, but in retrospect, I'm sure there were lots of things on TV that were better. Rent the first one and watch it again if you need a Madagascar fix. This one's not even worth the DVD rental.
