Common and young Rainey did an excellent job portraying their characters. The film touches on the dark epitome of growing up with a father figure whom you used to worship only to have your eyes opened to who that person really is, once you've been down the dark tunnel they led you through in the first place. I don't usually write reviews but I needed to for this movie. Definitely worth a watch from start to finish !
