Locked In

After Josh leaves his advertising gig to settle down with his wife and daughter, he begins to feel trapped. Shortly after, a woman with whom he'd previously had an affair reenters his life, and subsequently there's a terrible car accident. His 6-year-old enters a coma, or a "locked in" state, and as Josh struggles for the pieces of the puzzle that will save her, he's lead to discover that it's actually his life that he is fighting for.
