I don't know how anyone could find this movie boring. It was well acted and intelligent. No gratuitous violence and not melodramatic. Of course some scenes were dramatized but they were believable. Lincoln is depicted as a kind and thoughtful man, one with flaws as with all of us. It makes me want to read more history to check for accuracy and to review what I already know about this unique man.
