This movie will undoubtedly be up for a number of Academy Awards and deservedly so. Daniel Day Lewis' portrayal of our 16th president was moving and offered an insight into the human side of Lincoln. If there was something to be desired it was Sally Fields acting but even that could be overlooked. Also, I know that liberties were taken but it was easy to draw the conclusion that poitics has not changed much!!!
