Lincoln(2012)- User Reviews

This film just doesn't have the emotion and drama it could have. Was historically accurate and visually stunning, but I felt more like I was in a history class than watching a movie. There were some scenes that went into too much detail on the house debate and a few of the characters were hard to follow unless you were well-versed in the history of the period. I think it would have been a more memorable film if it was based on a broader biographical portrait of President Lincoln.
